Shipping is included in the price of the "My Final Farewell" booklet for orders within New Zealand. There are no additional shipping fees for domestic orders.

1.2. International Shipping:
For orders outside of New Zealand, additional shipping costs will apply. Shipping rates vary depending on the destination and the size of the order. The applicable shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

2. Order Processing Time

2.1. We aim to process and ship all orders within 7 days of receiving payment. Please note that order processing times may be extended during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Delivery Times

3.1. Domestic Delivery (New Zealand):
Estimated delivery times within New Zealand are2-5 business days after the order has been shipped.

3.2. International Delivery:
Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are 7-21 business days after the order has been shipped. Please note that customs processing times may vary and are beyond our control.
